Effective, Meaningful Virtual Therapy Services
At Together Tree, our mission is to promote the well-being of both our clients and therapists. We take a Collaborative, Individualized, and Wellness-based approach to Care. We address the overall psychological needs of a person or family through person-centered and evidence-based practices. We focus on reducing suffering to bring about optimal Well-being and long-term Recovery. All of our Clinicians are skilled in multiple modalities including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT),
Conditions We Treat
We treat a wide range of issues including anxiety and stress-management concerns, mood disorders, life transitions and relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma-related conditions, impulse control and attentional difficulties, and substance use disorders.
Populations We Serve
Aligned with our values, Together Tree is committed to increasing access to care by providing virtual therapy services to individuals across the lifespan who can benefit from this mode of delivery. While we serve clients from adolescence through older adulthood, we also place a special focus on the young adult population (ages 16–30). We believe that supporting the mental health of young adults has a powerful ripple effect—promoting the growth and spread of well-being not only within their peer group but across both younger and older generations.
Insurance-based Services
We partner with a robust platform that enables us to be in-network with a wide range of insurance plans. Currently, we are contracted with Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Carleon, Quest, Oxford, Magellan, Cigna, and a variety of state-specific Medicaid and Medicare plans. As additional insurance networks become available, our Clinicians are continuously being added to new contracts throughout the year.

We are determined to bridge as many gaps as possible that continue to exist in Mental Health Care, Through strategic fundraising partnerships with businesses nation-wide, the not-for-profit Together Tree Foundation is further committed to breaking down financial barriers to accessing essential mental health services. Scholarships are available for co-pays and sliding scale fees for clients who otherwise cannot access Care due to being under-insured, uninsured, or other financial insecurity difficulties.

There is no limit to how many clients you add to our "list of need" and you may add clients whenever the need arises, throughout the year. To support effective and ongoing fundraising efforts, we strive to make the collective need visible to our individual and business donors—while always maintaining the confidentiality of each client by de-identifying the information before sharing it.
